The Millbrook High School Band program includes over 100 students who participate in band classes and extracurricular activities. Running an organization of this size with so many activities takes a lot of resources, volunteer hours, and support from the community. Parents cover most of the costs through fair-share payments, but in order to keep expenses as low as possible, we rely on the generosity of local businesses and community members. 100% of donations go directly toward supporting students and their participation in the program. From marching band and jazz band to winter guard and percussion ensembles, these programs inspire passion, build discipline, and create lasting memories. But for some students, the cost of participation can be a barrier. That’s where you come in. Every dollar raised goes directly to our scholarship fund, helping ensure that all students have the opportunity to be part of something truly special.

Conductor’s Circle – Individual Donors

Conductor’s Circle minimum donation is $100. Benefits include early seating at all concerts, admittance to the Conductor’s Circle Lounge before events, and recognition in concert programs.

100% of all donations directly support the MHS band program by helping to repair and replace instruments, reduce travel expenses, provide scholarships, purchase music rights, replace uniforms, and support various other essential needs. All donations are deemed tax-deductible absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer. FairShare monies in excess of band payments can be used towards Conductor’s Circle. Please check with your employer, as some are willing to match donations.
