The Millbrook High School Band program includes about 130 students who participate in band classes and extracurricular activities. Running an organization of this size with so many activities takes a lot of resources, volunteer hours and support from the community. Parents cover most of the costs of activities with fair-share payments. In order to keep costs as low as possible, we look to local businesses and members of the community for assistance. We appreciate everyone who helps keep this band program going – we could not do this without you! Please see below for ways that you can support us!

Instruments and Equipment

Please reach out to Mr. Payne if you are interested in supporting larger instrument purchases. We need to update some instruments that are well past their service lifetime. Replacement cost estimates for examples of our greatest equipment needs listed below:

Individual Patrons

The Millbrook High School Band Conductors Circle’s contributions will be used towards three new sousaphones, and to help defray the costs of repair and maintenance of our existing instruments. All contributions are fully tax deductible. In addition, Fair Share monies, in excess of band payments, can be used towards the Conductor’s Circle. Please check with you employer as some are willing to match donations.
